Description
We're looking for a Lead Technical Writer to ensure the quality and completeness of our documentation. Your main task will be to build and control a process where developers actively participate in the creation and support of technical and user documentation.What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a process for creating and maintaining technical documentation, with developers as key participants.
- Define and implement documentation quality metrics, and monitor their implementation.
- Integrate approaches and methodologies such as Diátaxis to structure documentation (tutorials, how-to guides, explanations, references).
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Grammarly, Claude) into the documentation process to automate routine tasks and improve text quality.
- Conduct regular reviews of documentation to ensure it's complete, up-to-date, and understandable.
What You'll Need
- Proven expertise in technical writing and documentation.
- Experience in building and automating documentation processes.
- Proficiency in modern technical documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, MkDocs, Docusaurus).
- Experience working with technical teams, understanding their processes and needs.
- Experience with AI tools for generating, editing, and structuring documentation.
- B1 level of written English or higher.

- Understanding the principles of API and DevOps documentation.
