Description
We're looking for an experienced 3D Character Artist with 3 or more years of experience working on projects with a realistic setting. We highly value your style, quality, and ability to work effectively with detailed feedback.Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D character models, textures, and materials using industry-standard software such as Maya, ZBrush, and Substance Painter.
- Collaborate with Concept Artists to translate 2D concept art into stunning 3D models.
- Work closely with the Animation team to ensure character models are optimized for animation and rigging.
- Ensure all character models meet technical requirements for in-game performance and optimization.
- Participate in reviews and critiques of character art to ensure it aligns with the game's artistic vision.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio showcasing your character art skills.
- Expertise in Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and other industry-standard software.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, form, and proportion.
- Knowledge of game development pipelines and processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A passion for video games and a desire to create immersive and engaging game experiences.
