We're looking for a Senior Playable Ads Developer to join the team behind our flagship games. In this role, you'll develop engaging game mechanics, stunning animations, and captivating special effects. You'll work with 3D graphics and, most importantly, see your creations go viral, reaching millions of players worldwide!

Our diverse team includes Senior Developers, a Producer, Game Directors, Artists, and Video Designers, all collaborating to create exceptional playable ad experiences.

What You'll Do

• Develop innovative playable ads, like the example [here](example link).
• Design and implement new game mechanics and features, while continuously improving existing ones.
• Work with animations, visual effects, character rigging, and physics engines to bring ads to life.
• Enhance our internal framework and optimize development workflows for efficiency.
• Experiment with cutting-edge technologies to make our ads even more engaging and impactful.

What You'll Need

• Deep understanding and high-level proficiency in JavaScript + ES6.
• Experience with ThreeJS or any other 3D game engine (e.g., Playcanvas, Babylon.js, Cocos).
• Proficiency with Git and HTML5 canvas.
• Experience with physics engines such as MatterJS, Cannon-ES, or similar.
• Solid knowledge and application of programming principles: DRY, KISS, SOLID.
• Basic proficiency in Photoshop.
• Strong ability to create animations and visual effects.
• A portfolio showcasing your relevant work is essential.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Prior experience with playable ads.
• Understanding of game design principles.
• Knowledge of technical requirements for various ad networks (e.g., Facebook, Unity, Mintegral, IronSource, Vungle, TikTok).
• Experience with shaders and advanced FX creation.
• Skills in resource optimization (graphics, sounds, models, etc.).
• Experience optimizing performance across different devices.
