We're constantly innovating, unconstrained by resources, and ready to make a significant impact. In 2024 alone, our playables attracted over 50 million players to our top-grossing titles, with our creatives being seen by every US resident more than 20 times – surpassing the reach of popular movie franchises! We're heavily investing in the future of playable ads and are seeking a talented Game Designer to join this pioneering team. You'll be instrumental in conceiving fresh game mechanics and overseeing the entire development cycle of our playable advertisements. On this team, your contribution will be profoundly tangible. Instead of working on a small piece of a larger puzzle, you'll be creating compelling new game experiences that directly influence the revenue of global hit games and attract millions of new players worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Innovate Mechanics: Conceptualize and design engaging new game mechanics specifically for our playable advertisements.
- End-to-End Production Control: Provide critical feedback and guidance at every key stage of playable development, working in close collaboration with artists and programmers to ensure a seamless execution.
- Market & Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of released playables and monitor competitor strategies to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
What We're Looking For
- Game Design Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Game Designer.
- System & Mechanic Design: Proven experience in feature system design and the successful creation of novel game mechanics.
- Mobile Market Savvy: A deep understanding of current trends and dynamics within the mobile gaming market.
- Production Oversight: Experience in managing the production lifecycle of new features or entire games.
- Portfolio Power: A compelling portfolio showcasing released games or impactful marketing creatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of the full game creative production cycle, from initial idea generation to final renderings and voice acting.
- A strong grasp of the broader game creative market and advertising landscape.
Note: If you feel strongly that you have what it takes for this role but don’t check 100% of the boxes—that’s okay—we encourage you to apply anyway and highlight what you can bring to the table.
