We're looking for a passionate Game Designer to join us! You'll be instrumental in creating unique game events and features for the vast audience of our flagship titles, while also contributing to the search for exciting innovations for our new projects in development.

What You'll Do

• Concept & Innovate: Develop compelling game event concepts and engaging core game mechanics.
• Guide Development: Oversee and plan project development from a game design perspective, ensuring the vision is carried through to execution.
• Shape Economy & Monetization: Design and balance the in-game economy and monetization systems to create a fair and rewarding experience.
• Analyze & Optimize: Dive into game statistics to identify opportunities, then set high-level balance parameters to continuously improve gameplay.

What We're Looking For

• Game Design Experience: 1+ years of professional experience as a Game Designer.
• Free-to-Play Acumen: Proven experience developing features or events specifically for free-to-play games.
• Market Insight: A solid understanding of current trends and dynamics within the mobile gaming market.
• Passionate Gamer: Extensive gaming experience, coupled with a genuine interest and passion for casual games.
