What You'll Do
- Lead Dynamic Teams: Effectively manage cross-functional development teams in conditions of high production rates and continuous change, ensuring agility and adaptability.
- Drive End-to-End Production: Be deeply involved in the entire game production process, from initial pre-production and artistic conceptualization to achieving engineering perfection.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas where current strategies or processes no longer align with product goals, taking initiative to implement necessary improvements and adjustments.
- Build & Develop Teams: Take "free rein" in creating, expanding, and developing your teams, including direct responsibility for the growth and success of your leads and individual contributors.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Team Leadership: Experience in managing a cross-functional development team within a product-oriented IT company or specifically in game development.
- Leadership Development: Demonstrated ability to manage and develop other managers, effectively working with teams through their leads.
- Technical Acumen: A solid technical background, including relevant technical education and/or hands-on experience as a developer or QA specialist.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Experience with IT products covering prioritization, planning, and operational control.
- Strong People Skills: Exceptional abilities in people management, including hiring, performance assessment, and professional development.
