Are you a seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing large-scale IT products, ready to drive the success of our flagship games? We're seeking a Development Director to take full ownership of product outcomes, lead critical development processes, and foster the professional growth of a large team of industry experts.

What You'll Do

• Lead Product Vision: Spearhead the comprehensive development lifecycle of our flagship games, from pre-production and artistic visioning to achieving engineering excellence.
• Navigate Dynamic Environments: Effectively manage large, cross-functional teams amidst high production rates and evolving product strategies, ensuring continuous adaptation and improvement.
• Drive Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and lead the charge in refining development processes to align with current product goals and market demands.
• Build & Empower Teams: Exercise significant autonomy in building, expanding, and nurturing high-performing teams. This includes comprehensive responsibility for hiring, training, and developing a robust product management leadership.
• Manage Managers: Guide and mentor team leads and managers, enabling them to effectively lead their own teams and contribute to the overall product success.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing a cross-functional development team of 100+ people within a product IT company or the game development industry.
• Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to define, implement, and iterate on product development strategies.
• Exceptional People Management: Strong capabilities in hiring, training, and developing high-performing product management teams, including experience managing and developing other managers.
• Process Excellence: A track record of developing and implementing efficient and scalable production processes.
• Technical Foundation: A solid technical background, preferably with a technical education and hands-on experience as a developer or QA engineer.
