Description

We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Revenue Operations Manager with 2-4 years of experience to help us optimize and scale our revenue operations. This role is perfect for someone ready to take on significant responsibility, learn quickly, and grow alongside a dynamic startup.

You'll work closely with leadership across sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring our go-to-market (GTM) strategy is supported by robust data, streamlined processes, and effective tools. You'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth and efficiency, gaining exposure to all facets of our business.

What You'll Do

  • Revenue Analytics & Reporting: Support critical revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Sales & Marketing Operations: Help optimize sales processes, maintain CRM hygiene, and assist with lead routing and accurate marketing attribution.
  • Customer Insights: Contribute to customer segmentation efforts and provide actionable insights to reduce churn and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Tools & Technology: Manage and optimize essential tools like HubSpot, Stripe, and various analytics platforms to improve workflows and overall efficiency.
  • Process Improvements: Proactively identify inefficiencies in revenue operations and implement effective solutions, including automation wherever possible.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with teams across sales, marketing, and customer success to align on revenue goals and strategic initiatives.

You should have

  • 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role (preferably in SaaS or tech).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for transforming data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription metrics (a nice-to-have, but not strictly required).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • A proactive mindset for continuously improving processes and implementing automation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
  • English Proficiency: ZenRows is an English-first organization, and fluency in written and spoken English is required.
