Description
Are you a seasoned Technical Recruiter passionate about identifying exceptional talent and shaping a world-class team? At 0x, you'll play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and engaging candidates, primarily for our Engineering and other technical roles. As the third member of our growing Recruiting team, you'll operate with significant ownership over your projects and decisions, while also contributing to a candidate experience that's fair, delightful, rigorous, and truly emulates real-world work.While your main focus will be on technical roles, you'll also gain exposure to recruiting across other functions, providing a diverse and enriching experience.

It's okay if you don't know everything about the space (that's pretty much impossible!), but deep curiosity is paramount. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Form strong, healthy relationships with internal stakeholders across Recruiting, Engineering, Product, Operations, and Leadership.
- Create and maintain a high-quality pipeline of passive candidates for various roles, leveraging your expertise in sourcing strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and engage top-tier talent for the 0x core team, building meaningful, often long-term, relationships.
- Connect deeply with candidates to understand their needs, educate them about 0x, and expertly guide them through our interview process.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through consistently thoughtful interactions and reasonable turnaround times.
- Maintain strong data integrity within our ATS (Ashby) for accurate analytics and reporting.
What You'll Bring (Required)
- 5+ years of Technical Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to source and close your own candidates effectively.
- Exceptional writing, active listening, and conversational skills.
- A high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy.
- A high-level understanding of how various types of technologies function and integrate.
- A genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
- Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
Bonus Points (Preferred)
- Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and the overall blockchain landscape.
