Your efforts will directly support our core business goals, including user growth, lead generation, and brand awareness. You're a unique blend of strategist and producer, possessing strong project management skills and a sharp eye for delivering experiences and campaigns that make people love our brands and become our loyal customers. You'll work across both the 0x and Matcha brands, driving cohesive and compelling narratives.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of all IRL and virtual brand experiences, from major industry conferences and intimate side events to engaging livestreams and innovative digital activations.
- Deliver high-impact, creative experiences that not only drive growth and reinforce our brand positioning but also make 0x and Matcha truly stand out in the rapidly evolving Web3 ecosystem.
- Own all project management and logistics for events and activations, including meticulous budgeting, seamless vendor and speaker coordination, strategic sponsorships, and thorough post-event analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Product, Business Development, and other Marketing teams to support integrated campaigns, successful product launches, and strategic brand initiatives.
- Track and report impact across key brand, growth, and performance metrics, directly tying each initiative to business goals such as reach, engagement, and acquisition.
How You'll Measure Success
You'll be responsible for tracking and reporting the impact of each initiative, which will include, but not be limited to:- Top-of-Funnel: Web traffic, social reach, impressions, and brand engagement during key moments.
- Mid-Funnel: Lead generation metrics (MQLs, conversion rates), campaign attribution, and pipeline influence.
- Bottom-of-Funnel: Customer acquisition (new users, active traders), revenue impact, and deals driven by marketing.
- Efficiency: Cost-per-lead, cost-per-user/trader, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- We understand that not every initiative will be immediately ROAS-positive, and that's perfectly fine. You'll play a crucial role in defining what success looks like across both brand and performance goals.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Web3-native and highly adaptable, with a deep understanding of the space and the ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
- 4+ years of experience in event marketing, brand experience, or experiential marketing, ideally within Web3, tech, or startup environments. You have a strong grasp of audience engagement and brand strategy.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact events and activations directly tied to measurable outcomes such as growth, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Experienced in representing brands at major industry events, with sharp project management skills and the ability to execute smoothly, on time, and within budget.
- Skilled in vendor management, sponsorships, and contract negotiations, with a keen eye for aligning partnerships to both brand and business goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running events internationally, with a specific focus on Asia.
- Background in developing or managing branded merchandise programs and a brand's online store.
