Description
Truv is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to spearhead our event-driven marketing initiatives. This pivotal role will be instrumental in significantly enhancing brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and driving robust customer engagement through a diverse portfolio of webinars, podcasts, industry conferences, and engaging onsite events.Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Event Strategy & Execution: Develop and meticulously execute comprehensive strategies for all field marketing activities, including webinars, podcasts, industry conferences, and onsite events, ensuring seamless alignment with Truv's overarching marketing and sales objectives.
- Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively and strategically with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging across all event touchpoints, maximizing overall event effectiveness and ROI.
- Compelling Content Development Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end creation of compelling and engaging content specifically tailored for events, including impactful speaker presentations, persuasive promotional materials, and effective post-event follow-up communications.
- Effective Vendor & Partner Management: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with external vendors, strategic partners, and event organizers to ensure flawless and impactful event execution from planning to completion.
- Strategic Budget Management: Develop, meticulously plan, and effectively manage budgets for all field marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective strategies that consistently deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Rigorously measure and analyze the effectiveness of all events, providing clear insights, actionable recommendations, and data-backed strategies for continuous improvement and optimization.
Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in field marketing or event management, with a demonstrable and proven track record of successful event execution and significant lead generation.
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Essential Skills: Exceptional project management skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, and demonstrated proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
- Key Attributes: A creative and strategic thinker with a strong results-oriented mindset, possessing the ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
