Description
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be a critical member of our team, spearheading the development and enhancement of StimLabs' core ERP solution. You will leverage your expertise across the full technology stack, from crafting intuitive front-end user interfaces to building robust back-end infrastructure. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll be instrumental in delivering scalable, high-performance solutions for our Syteline ERP and Factory Track systems. This role also involves developing solutions within an Azure-capable .NET application environment for initiatives that directly or indirectly support the ERP.Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Solution Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and robust full-stack solutions specifically for Syteline and Factory Track ERP components, utilizing the Infor Mongoose toolset and adhering to industry best practices for development.
- API and Integration Development: Design, build, and integrate robust APIs, web services, and databases to facilitate seamless communication between internal and external systems.
- Clean and Efficient Coding: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
- Secure Coding Practices: Implement and enforce all secure coding practices in strict adherence to company policies and relevant industry regulatory requirements.
- Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop comprehensive unit tests, participate in thorough code reviews, and implement automated testing strategies to guarantee the delivery of high-quality, reliable code.
- System Optimization and Troubleshooting: Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to ensure efficient performance in both development and production environments.
- Environment Management: Actively assist with System Refreshes of Pilot and Development environments and play a key role in the planning and execution of system upgrades and uplifts.
Required Knowledge and Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency (Syteline): Demonstrated proficiency in the Mongoose framework, IDOs (Infor Development Objects), Form Scripts, and other SyteLine customization tools.
- Integration Experience (Syteline): Proven experience with SyteLine integrations utilizing ION (Intelligent Open Network), REST APIs, or other middleware solutions (5+ years of experience).
- .NET/C# Familiarity: Familiarity with .NET/C# or other relevant programming languages commonly used for extending SyteLine functionality.
- Collaboration Skills: An effective team player with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve shared objectives.
- Commitment to Innovation: A proactive approach to exploring and adopting cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices to deliver the most impactful solutions.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work, ensuring that code quality, security protocols, and system performance are maintained at the highest standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Infor ERP Expertise: Previous hands-on experience working directly on Infor Syteline ERP or Factory Track solutions.
- Cloud Integration Experience: Experience with IDM (Infor Document Management), Data Lake solutions, and other cloud-based technologies that integrate with Syteline ERP.
- DevOps and CI/CD: Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Life Sciences/Healthcare Experience: Experience working within the Life Sciences industry or with healthcare-related technology applications.
- Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks such as 21 CFR Part 11 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrable experience).
