Are you a creative, detail-oriented, and fast-moving video editor passionate about bringing content to life? We're looking for a talented individual to be the driving force behind the editing of our long-form YouTube content and impactful paid ad campaigns. You'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, on-brand content that educates, entertains, and drives conversions.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of editing long-form YouTube videos (10–20 minutes), encompassing interviews, tutorials, and series-style content.
  • Develop high-performing ad creatives for YouTube and Google platforms, utilizing both existing and newly captured footage.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure compelling storytelling that aligns seamlessly with our brand voice and strategic objectives.
  • Enhance content and maximize viewer retention by incorporating engaging motion graphics, accurate captions, and subtle animations.
  • Efficiently implement feedback and consistently deliver polished drafts within established timelines.
  • Optimize videos for various platform-specific formats and current content trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience in editing long-form YouTube content and effective digital advertisements (a portfolio showcasing this work is essential).
  • A strong understanding of pacing, narrative flow, and impactful visual storytelling techniques.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable professional tools.
  • Familiarity with YouTube SEO best practices, effective Calls-to-Action (CTAs), and attention-grabbing visual hooks.
  • Bonus: Previous experience working with finance, fintech, or educational content.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive responsiveness, and a proven ability to manage your own workflow effectively.
