Inviox Studios is a leading global production studio specializing in delivering cutting-edge gaming, film, and creative media solutions. With a diverse and highly talented international team, we provide comprehensive full-cycle development, AAA game art, high-quality animation, immersive sound design, and reliable co-development services to some of the most renowned and respected brands in the entertainment industry. We are looking to strategically expand our commercial team by hiring a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager who will be directly responsible for proactively identifying new business opportunities, cultivating long-lasting and mutually beneficial industry relationships, and significantly scaling our portfolio of esteemed clients across the dynamic gaming, film, and broader creative media sectors.This role offers significant flexibility, initially structured as a 3-month contract (available on a freelance or retainer-based agreement) with a clear and well-defined opportunity to transition into a full-time, permanent role based on demonstrated performance, cultural fit, and the achievement of key objectives during the initial contract period.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively generate qualified leads, strategically build robust sales pipelines, and successfully close deals with key stakeholders including game developers, publishers, film studios, and creative agencies.
- Take ownership of and expertly execute targeted outbound campaigns utilizing professional networking platforms like LinkedIn, direct email outreach, and active participation in relevant industry events.
- Effectively manage the entire sales funnel from initial outreach and qualification through to the negotiation and signing of definitive agreements, collaborating closely with our experienced producers and senior leadership team.
- Develop a deep understanding of prospective client needs and effectively pitch tailored outsourcing, comprehensive co-development, and innovative creative production solutions that directly address those needs.
- Work collaboratively with our marketing team to strategically shape compelling messaging, develop impactful marketing assets, and refine effective pitch materials.
- Maintain meticulous CRM tracking of all activities and provide clear and concise performance reporting on key metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven professional experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or direct sales—ideally within the fast-paced gaming, visual effects (VFX), creative production, or broader media industries.
- A confident and articulate communicator with natural networking abilities, capable of effectively pitching and negotiating complex deals with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
- A demonstrable track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets and successfully converting initial leads into long-term, high-value client relationships.
- A strong understanding of the intricacies of production pipelines within the gaming, film, or digital media sectors is considered a significant plus.
- A proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership—comfortable working remotely and independently while effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.
