Description
Become a key contributor to our dynamic Growth Team, a dedicated group focused on empowering mobile apps through expert growth product management, high-impact performance marketing, innovative creative production, and strategic App Store Optimization (ASO). Our core mission is to unlock the full potential of our clients' apps and significantly increase their revenue by leveraging data-driven insights and meticulously optimizing every touchpoint of the user journey.What You Will Do
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance across various paid channels, ASO initiatives, and subscription funnels to pinpoint critical growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to effectively track key performance indicators (KPIs), accurately measure campaign effectiveness, and provide data-driven guidance for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with performance marketers and creative teams to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests on ad creatives and paywall strategies, driving continuous optimization.
- Strategically conduct A/B tests on pricing models, in-app messaging, and user acquisition strategies to significantly improve conversion rates across the funnel.
- Work extensively with industry-leading analytics tools such as GA4, Adjust, and Amplitude to uncover valuable user behavior trends and identify actionable insights for enhancing overall marketing efficiency.
What We Expect
- 3+ years of proven experience in data analytics, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in marketing or growth-focused roles.
- Hands-on expertise with prominent marketing analytics platforms such as GA4, Adjust, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- A solid understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) principles, subscription monetization strategies, and paid User Acquisition (UA) methodologies specifically for mobile applications.
- A proactive and highly analytical mindset, with a demonstrated ability to formulate insightful hypotheses and identify crucial data points for accurate performance measurement.
- Professional proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
