- Take full ownership of the entire content creation lifecycle, from developing a comprehensive content strategy to managing its seamless execution.
- Efficiently generate and manage a high volume of engaging content across various formats, collaborating closely with designers and developers to elevate the overall quality and impact.
- Develop a diverse range of content assets, including insightful articles, compelling case studies, high-converting landing pages, persuasive email copy, and engaging video scripts, all while adhering to our established Tone of Voice and aligning with key marketing goals.
- Strategically manage and regularly update the company blog, meticulously planning content release schedules and creating dedicated website pages to support specific marketing objectives.
- Proactively formulate and rigorously test content hypotheses, leveraging analytics to gain deep insights into content performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
What We Expect
- Experience: 5+ years of demonstrable experience in content management, with a proven track record of producing high-quality content rapidly and efficiently, including practical experience utilizing AI-powered content creation and optimization tools.
- Expertise: In-depth understanding of relevant industry trends and best practices; a background in Public Relations (PR), journalism, or storytelling is a significant advantage.
- Skills: A proactive and highly organized approach to content strategy development and execution, coupled with the ability to propose innovative and creative content ideas and rigorously test their effectiveness for optimal impact.
- Communication: Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional team members in design and development to bring content visions to life.
