Description

- Take ownership of and execute email marketing campaigns, including product updates, customer retention strategies, and lead magnet initiatives, with a focus on optimizing for conversion and engagement.
- Develop and publish engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Telegram to cultivate an active, consistent, and compelling brand presence.
- Strategically distribute blog posts, guides, and webinar content across relevant communities, partner channels, and other platforms to maximize audience reach.
- Collaborate effectively with designers and external agencies to ensure all visual and written materials maintain a high standard of quality and brand consistency.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to continuously refine our growth strategies based on data-driven insights.
What We Expect
- 3+ years of proven experience in data-driven marketing or growth-focused roles, ideally within a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
- Hands-on experience in email marketing, social media management, and content distribution, with a strong understanding of marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and related marketing technology (martech) tools.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, demonstrating strong ownership and the ability to independently develop and test growth hypotheses.
- Excellent written communication skills in English (B2 level or higher), with the ability to convey information clearly and with a personable style.
