Join our highly collaborative and supportive technical team where a positive work environment thrives. You'll be an integral part of managing our own Kubernetes cluster, built on the Deckhouse platform and deployed on bare metal infrastructure. The primary focus of this role will be to support our existing projects and architect the infrastructure for exciting new initiatives. Given that our projects predominantly utilize the Python stack, experience with or a foundational understanding of this technology will be advantageous.

Tools & Technologies We Use

Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Prometheus, AlertManager, Loki, Grafana, Kafka, Redis, Ceph, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, GitLab CI/CD, AWS, Python/Bash/Go.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure to support high-load systems.
• Automate deployment pipelines and enhance CI/CD workflows to ensure efficient and rapid delivery.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure service reliability and observability.
• Implement and configure Kubernetes clusters using an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approach.

What We Expect

• 5+ years of proven experience as a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer or in a comparable role.
• A strong understanding of container orchestration principles (Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar).
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, coupled with hands-on experience in its administration.
• Proficiency in utilizing monitoring tools and implementing performance optimization strategies.
• Solid Linux administration skills.
• Demonstrated experience working with containerization technologies (Docker).
• Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Proficient scripting skills in Bash.
• A solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and best practices.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Werf, or similar.

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with Python or Go, or general programming experience in any language.
• Demonstrated ability to design and build systems following an IaC methodology.
• Familiarity with the Deckhouse platform.
• An understanding of DevSecOps principles.
