What You’ll Do

• Curate and provide exquisitely personalized recommendations, meticulously tailored to the unique preferences and passions of our cardmembers.
• Champion unwavering client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues with prompt professionalism and masterful resolution.
• Maintain an encyclopedic knowledge of the world's most luxurious and unique attractions, premier entertainment venues, and exclusive special events.
• Serve as a seamless intermediary between our esteemed cardmembers and a curated network of service providers, ensuring their requests are not only met but executed with impeccable precision and within committed communication SLAs.
• Handle all confidential and sensitive information with the absolute highest level of discretion and unwavering integrity.

Qualifications/Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of distinguished experience in a concierge role catering to high-profile clientele.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that resonate with sophistication and clarity, with fluency in multiple languages being a significant advantage.
• A pre-existing, robust network of invaluable contacts within luxury venues and premier service providers.
• Superior organizational and multitasking prowess, demonstrating the ability to orchestrate multiple complex client requests with seamless efficiency.
• An in-depth and passionate knowledge of the global entertainment industry, encompassing current trends and sought-after destinations.
