Description

As the Director of Benefit Partnerships at Flex, you will spearhead the creation of strategic partnerships tailored for our premier Flex clients. Your role involves innovative thinking, astute selling, and navigating internal corporate dynamics to unlock specialized benefits, playing a pivotal role within Flex's partnership team.

What You’ll Do

  • Close Deals: Proactively engage with key brands to identify and secure valuable and unique benefits for our clients.
  • Be Creative: Leverage your creativity to develop remarkable, unique, and innovative benefit offerings that enhance our product.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our Growth team on exclusive events designed to delight and inspire our clients.
  • Be Transparent: Effectively communicate key successes, challenges, pipeline, and forecasts to the team, fostering mutual support and proactive problem-solving.
  • Influence Product: Partner with product and design teams to provide insightful suggestions and feedback, contributing to Flex's product roadmap and improving the customer experience.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, preferably within financial products, entertainment relationship management, luxury events, or other relevant fields.
  • Proven experience in formulating business strategy, negotiating and structuring deals, and managing relationships.
  • Ideally, specific experience negotiating with the hotel industry and/or luxury brands.
  • Nice to have: Experience at a high-growth startup.
