Description
We’re building next-gen digital experiences, and we need a growth-obsessed, creative problem solver to help us scale fast. At Dapper Labs, we’re redefining fandom through Web3-powered products like Disney Pinnacle, CryptoKitties, NBA Top Shot, and NFL All Day—and we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement at scale for our Sports Products.This isn’t your typical marketing role—this is about experimentation, rapid iteration, and making data-backed decisions that move the needle. You’ll be at the center of it all, launching innovative growth loops, running digital campaigns, and leveraging Web3-native tools like incentives, gamification, airdrops, staking, and referral programs.

What You’ll Own & Crush
- Growth Hacking for Web3 – Develop and execute growth experiments that use blockchain tech, gamification, and viral mechanics to bring in users and keep them engaged.
- Data-Driven Marketing – Own performance metrics (active users, conversion rates, retention) and use on- and off-chain analytics to optimize strategies.
- Digital Marketing Execution – Manage and scale campaigns across SEO, paid ads, social, email, content, and Web3-native platforms (Google, Meta, X, Braze, Hypelab, Addressable, etc.).
- Community-Led Growth – Partner with community teams to fuel word-of-mouth marketing, amplify user-generated content, and drive brand advocacy.
- Content That Converts – Work with content creators to craft high-impact social posts, blogs, newsletters, and videos that fuel user acquisition and retention.
- Launch & Activate Online Events – Plan and execute campaigns that get people excited and engaged, from product drops to interactive experiences.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve – Keep an eye on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to constantly refine and improve our approach.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work alongside product, community, and creative to align growth efforts with company goals.
