Luxury Presence is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Finance Manager to play a key role in supporting our financial planning and analysis processes and driving strategic decision-making. You will partner closely with various departments to provide insightful financial guidance, manage expenses effectively, and contribute to the company's overall strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the Director of Finance in the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, growth initiatives, and ad-hoc analytical needs.
• Financial & Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to identify key trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing actionable recommendations to the business.
• Performance Reporting: Generate regular financial and operational reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances, and effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, and other departments to align financial goals with overall business strategy and provide financial expertise.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance within a high-growth startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
