Description
BDG is seeking a proactive and strategic Revenue Strategy & Activation Account Planner Consultant with 1-2 years of experience to join our Sales Planning team. You will be instrumental in developing compelling and customized media plans, primarily focused on custom content campaigns, that drive client success and align with their key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and meticulous execution to ensure campaign profitability and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Develop tactical and client-focused media plans using BDG and client templates, strategically leveraging our inventory, audience insights, and platform capabilities to achieve client goals while maintaining BDG's profit margins.
- Support profitability by assisting with the calculation of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
- Accurately enter and quality assure media plans within the Order Management System (OMS).
- Collaborate closely with Ad Operations and Distribution teams to facilitate seamless campaign activation.
- Contribute to client reporting and the collection of post-campaign data to identify opportunities for renewals and upsells.
- Document key learnings and best practices to continuously improve our planning strategies.
Essential Skills
- 1-2 years of proven experience in digital media planning or as a media buyer.
- Strong data analytics skills with the ability to derive performance-driven insights.
- Demonstrated proficiency in campaign and project management.
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively balance BDG revenue goals with diverse client needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, with experience using Google Ad Manager, Monday.com, Prisma Mediaocean, and an OMS (e.g., Operative One, Boostr).
