Description

As our Senior Data Analyst, you will own and drive the entire data analytics process within the company. The unique and exciting challenge of this role is transforming large, diverse datasets into actionable insights that fuel strategic decisions.

In this role, you will

• Take full ownership of the data analytics process, initially focusing on department-level analysis and scaling to company-wide insights within the first few months.
• Design and develop clear, detailed data dashboards tailored for various departments and stakeholders.
• Create robust analytical report frameworks, including defining key concepts and structuring data points effectively.
• Proactively identify insights within data and reports, conduct cohort analysis, and investigate data anomalies (spikes).
• Contribute to the improvement of our website, our primary channel for attracting new clients, through data-driven recommendations.

You will be a great fit if you have

• 3+ years of proven experience in data analytics.
• Experience working within B2B companies (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in both large corporate environments and startup settings.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics (GA), DataLens, Amplitude, Looker, etc.
