Description
Our analytics is considered top-notch among revenue platforms and is one of Adapty’s main selling points. It’s fast, reliable, and the part of our platform that customers use most. However, as it’s both essential and frequently used, we see many opportunities for significant improvement. That’s why we need a dedicated Product Manager to make it even better.What You Will Do
- Reduce customer churn by ensuring our analytics is consistent, reliable, and provides clear insights.
- Increase adoption and usage of our analytics, making it a go-to tool for customer decision-making.
- Work closely with engineering to keep our analytics fast, stable, and aligned with what users need.
- Conduct interviews and research with top users to identify gaps and challenges in our current analytics.
- Collaborate with our ML and data science teams to add predictive models and insights that drive segmentation, experiments, and ultimately revenue growth.
What We Expect
- Experience: 3+ years as a Senior Product Manager with a background in analyzing mobile app performance, especially user behavior and revenue.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel, solid understanding of mobile app and SDK functionality, and hands-on experience with SQL.
- Data Insight: Basic understanding of machine learning and data science to work effectively with our data experts.
- Communication: Fluent in English (C1 or higher) with the ability to collaborate well with different teams and lead user research.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the mobile app industry and experience in B2B product management.
- Background as an analytics-focused PM or experience in mobile marketing.
