Description
As a Product Marketer at People.ai, you will play a pivotal role in launching and driving the adoption of our AI-driven sales solutions. You’ll collaborate across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to develop compelling messaging, create high-impact content, and engage directly with customers to showcase the value of our technology. Your work will directly influence go-to-market execution, ensuring that sellers, marketers, and revenue leaders clearly understand how People.ai accelerates revenue growth.Responsibilities
- Product Marketing: Assist in crafting and executing go-to-market strategies for new product introductions (NPI).
- Product Launches & Releases: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful product launches.
- Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear, compelling messaging that aligns with People.ai’s unique value proposition.
- Content Creation: Produce a variety of content, including one-pagers, slides, demo tours, blogs, and FAQs, to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Product Newsletter: Draft and distribute a quarterly product newsletter to keep internal and external audiences informed.
- Beta Program Engagement: Work closely with customers during beta programs to collect insights that shape product positioning and messaging.
- Explainer Videos & Demo tours: Develop engaging product explainer videos and demo tours to simplify complex AI-driven concepts.
- Write product-specific blogs and campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
- Customer Case Studies: Interview customers and create compelling case studies showcasing the real-world impact of People.ai solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product marketing or closely related experience.
- Ability to craft compelling positioning and thought leadership content.
- Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets including on-message product demo videos, sharp succinct slide pitch-decks.
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
- Strong communication and writing skills and ability to work across business lines, presenting to and working with stakeholders.
- Exceptional team player with proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of sales and revenue operations personas, their workflows, and their key challenges.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption and alignment.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, balancing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with AI & sales tech and how they impact GTM teams.
- Experience building demo tours with products like Storylane.
- Experience supporting sales enablement initiatives, including playbooks, talk tracks, and competitive intelligence.
- Data-driven mindset—able to analyze adoption metrics and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
