Description
Offchain Labs is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our cutting-edge blockchain technology team. We're looking for a crypto-native individual with a strong technical background and a flair for marketing. This pivotal role will bridge the gap between our innovative products and the developer community, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and significantly impacting our growth in the blockchain industry. The successful candidate will lead and nurture a dynamic product marketing team, overseeing both team development and strategic initiatives to drive our market presence.The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Offchain Labs' core products, including Arbitrum Nitro, Arbitrum Orbit, and additional feature developments. You'll craft compelling messaging, manage end-to-end campaigns, and drive measurable ROI. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our digital and in-person presence, creating technical content across various channels, and orchestrating our participation in industry events.
What you'll do
- Develop campaigns that bring businesses and developers onchain and building with Offchain Labs products.
- Craft compelling messaging and manage end-to-end campaigns for our core products. Deliver developer assets built around the marketing flywheel (awareness, education, engagement).
- Lead and manage a product marketing team, overseeing team development and strategic initiatives to drive market presence.
- Measure and report against the performance of product marketing initiatives, using insights to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts in creating digital content across multiple mediums (written, video, animation, etc.).
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand the product roadmap and content requirements for product releases.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to ensure our product marketing strategies remain relevant and effective.
What you'll need
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in a PMM role or a closely related technical capacity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Industry Experience: Proven track record of strategizing go-to-market campaigns for production-grade software, especially targeted at a developer audience.
- Blockchain Enthusiast: A burning curiosity and/or deep understanding of blockchain technologies.
- Communication Maven: Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Flexible, dependable, and thrives in ambiguous situations.
- Strong analytical skills for market research and campaign performance analysis.
- Experience with developer marketing or technical product marketing.
