- Strategic Lead Generation: Proactively generate outbound leads through LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and diverse sales channels.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and demos to negotiation and deal closure.
- Key Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in mobile marketing and growth teams.
- Sales Process Optimization: Develop and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency in lead qualification and deal conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to align messaging, enhance outreach, and provide product development feedback.
- Sales Team Leadership & Growth: Lead and scale the sales function, including hiring and mentoring future sales team members.
- CRM Management & Optimization: Utilize CRM tools to track pipeline performance and optimize sales strategies.
What You Bring
- Proven Sales Expertise: 3+ years of sales or business development experience (SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech preferred).
- Deal Closure & Target Achievement: Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Digital Marketing & Mobile Ad Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing and mobile advertising ecosystems (AppLovin, TikTok, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Exceptional Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, focused on selling value.
- Independent & Results-Driven: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a dynamic startup environment.
- Tech & Marketing Passion: Passion for technology, marketing automation, and empowering business growth.
Bonus Points
- UA & Ad Network Experience: Experience working with UA managers, agencies, or ad networks.
- Performance Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and creative optimization strategies.
- Sales Team Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring a sales team.
- MMP Platform Knowledge: Experience with or strong understanding of MMP platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular).
