Your Mission

  • Develop Content Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive content strategies to attract, engage, and retain audiences across multiple products.
  • Formulate Content Plans: Design content plans encompassing various formats and channels, tailored to specific solutions and target audiences.
  • Create Marketing Materials: Develop clear and concise briefs for designers, write compelling copy, and oversee layout production.
  • Craft Engaging Copy: Write persuasive and engaging copy for email newsletters, push notifications, and other communication channels.
  • Optimize CRM Campaigns: Understand A/B testing principles, generate and implement test ideas to increase CRM channel conversions.
  • Manage CRM Systems: Input promotional mailings into the company's in-house CRM system, configure triggers and complex scrolling logic, and manage mailing schedules.
  • Analyze User Behavior: Analyze user behavior, segment audiences, and create personalized campaigns.
  • Establish Reporting Systems: Develop and maintain transparent reporting systems to track campaign performance.
  • Collaborate on System Development: Set tasks for sales and project managers to refine and enhance the company's CRM system functionality.

What You Bring

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Email Marketing Expertise: Strong skills in writing self-selling and engaging copy for email newsletters.
  • Content Planning Proficiency: Experience creating content plans for email campaigns, including triggered and regular mailings.
  • Email Marketing Tool Proficiency: Ability to work with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, SendPulse).
  • CRM and Segmentation Knowledge: Understanding of audience segmentation principles and experience working with CRM systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, formulate hypotheses, and conduct testing.
  • Creativity and Attention to Detail: Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage large datasets.
