Description

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize technology, automate processes, and enhance reporting—empowering our Customer Experience (CX) team for greater efficiency and effectiveness. As our first dedicated Revenue Operations hire, you’ll build scalable processes from the ground up, drive meaningful change, and directly impact revenue growth by aligning sales, marketing, and operations.

You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Finance to streamline operations, ensure accurate reporting, and create seamless workflows.

In this role, you will be responsible for

Customer Support:
  • Support CX team with onboarding, internal QBRs, and call reviews to improve retention and engagement.
  • Support key operating cadences (e.g., OKRs) to align CX strategy and execution with business goals.
  • Manage contract processes and data entry for Sales and CX.
  • Track renewals and support CX to ensure customer retention.
Accounts Receivable Management:
  • Collaborate with CX and Accounting to ensure on-time payments and accurate revenue tracking.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement high-impact workflow improvements that automate tasks.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for the CX team.
Data Integration + Analysis:
  • Maintain the quality, accuracy, and completeness of customer data in HubSpot for segmentation and outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Provide regular performance reports.
  • Ensure contract and financial data is synced across reporting platforms.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Sales and CX to align on processes, metrics, and goals.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive initiatives and resolve challenges.

About you

  • 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles at a high-growth company/startup.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for structure, automation, and efficiency. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are required.
  • Experience managing and optimizing HubSpot (CRM) is required. Familiarity with Looker Studio and Metabase is a plus.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Ability to overcome limitations in knowledge, experience, technology, or information to achieve tasks.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS, sales-led motions, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially for translating complex analyses.
