What You’ll Do

• Economy Design & Management: Own and manage the in-game economy for new game entities.
• Unity Implementation: Enter and configure all settings related to new entities directly in Unity.
• Data Analysis Collaboration: Work alongside analysts to track, interpret, and act on performance data and economic trends.
• Offer Creation & Customization: Generate and fine-tune in-game offers to ensure balance, engagement, and monetization.

What You Need to Succeed

• Strong Mathematical Skills: A solid background in math, with particular strength in calculations and balancing systems.
• Knowledge of Probability & Statistics: A fundamental understanding of probability theory and statistical principles is essential.
• Technical Familiarity: Experience working with Unity and Git is a plus.
• Understanding of F2P Game Economics: Familiarity with economic cycles, handling deficits/surpluses, and balancing multi-currency systems in free-to-play games.

Nice to Have

• 1+ Year Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, especially in projects featuring 3-5 different currencies within complex economic systems.
