Description
We are seeking a fast-paced, client-obsessed Account Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to nurture and expand our customer base. You’ll empower Arize customers to optimize their AI across their organizations, driving adoption and managing renewals. You’ll achieve this through strategic account planning, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing tailored solutions. You’ll engage with complex customer use cases, leveraging your business acumen to navigate intricate scenarios.What You’ll Do
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships, fostering adoption and growth of Arize.
- Renewal & Upsell Management: Directly handle renewal contracts and upsell opportunities.
- AI/ML User Engagement: Build relationships with AI/ML users, driving customer adoption.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans, aligning the Arize team to optimize client health.
- Growth Opportunity Identification: Identify growth and upsell opportunities within the account base.
- Product Demonstration & Training: Showcase product capabilities and identify customer training opportunities.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success Engineering to provide technical best practices and ensure account health.
- Customer Discovery & Vision Sharing: Conduct discovery sessions and communicate the Arize vision.
- Account Expansion: Prospect within customer accounts to drive wider adoption.
- Feature Request Management: Manage and relay customer feature requests promptly.
- Support Alignment: Ensure support teams are aligned with customer needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage and navigate internal and external stakeholders for success.
- Use Case & Licensing Management: Understand use cases, scope licensing, and identify new workloads.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience: Driven, ambitious, and motivated.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn sales technologies for prospecting.
- Experience with customer renewals.
- Self-starter with comfort in dynamic environments.
- Full-cycle customer experience and ability to navigate customer health complexities.
- Fast-paced and customer-focused.
- Ability to demo the Arize platform.
- Strong team player: Collaboration is paramount.
- Strong communication skills: Clear and objective communication.
- Strong account management skillset.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple customers.
- Familiarity with SaaS negotiations and contracts.
