Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior PR Manager to enhance GR8 Tech’s brand awareness and reputation in the global and target B2B iGaming markets. You will develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies, manage executive personal branding, and drive impactful media relations.About Your Key Responsibilities and Impact
- Strategy Development: Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive PR strategies to enhance GR8 Tech’s brand awareness and reputation in B2B iGaming.
- Go-to-Market PR: Develop and execute PR strategies, roll-out plans, and communication activities for new market entries. Build and lead project teams to achieve regional KPIs.
- Earned Media & Innovation: Generate news opportunities and create special/multimedia projects to enhance company visibility and engagement.
- Executive Personal Branding: Develop and implement PR strategies to build executive personal brands, positioning them as iGaming thought leaders.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry media, journalists, and influencers for positive coverage and media inquiry management.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality press releases, articles, thought leadership pieces, and other PR materials.
- Event Management: Plan and execute PR initiatives around industry conferences, managing executive participation and promotional activities.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect and defend company reputation.
- Sponsorship PR: Manage PR activities related to sponsorships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align PR strategies with business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze PR campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Essential Professional Experience
- PR Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a PR role, preferably in B2B technology or iGaming.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Media Relations: Strong media relations and networking abilities; iGaming industry contacts are a plus.
- Track Record: Proven track record of successful PR campaigns; iGaming case studies are a significant plus.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the iGaming industry and B2B market dynamics.
- Language Proficiency: Upper Intermediate+ English level.
