Description
This role is a crucial component of the Halcyon marketing organization, focusing on project management, systems management and integration, and program execution in collaboration with growth marketing, inbound marketing, and product marketing. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoy cross-functional collaboration.Responsibilities
- Define, scope, and drive the roadmap for implementation of the entire marketing technical stack (currently: Webflow, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Storylane, Zoom, Typeform, 6Sense).
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of marketing automation.
- Collaborate closely with the SalesOps team to ensure efficient, automated lead handoff to account executives and BDRs.
- Drive and improve external lead generation funnels, optimizing each stage of the inbound buyer's journey in conjunction with the web team lead.
- Develop reporting on lead management and conversions across marketing efforts, working closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to define target KPIs and create plans with marketing campaign owners to achieve those goals.
- Research and recommend improvements and additions to the existing MarTech stack.
- Manage the budget for all marketing SaaS systems related to lead handling.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in a senior marketing operations role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment at companies with $100M+ ARR.
- Expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce. Certifications are a plus. HubSpot agency partner experience is a significant advantage.
- Experience with a variety of sales and marketing tools, such as Salesloft, 6Sense, or similar platforms.
- Ability to independently manage projects and oversee team projects using Jira or similar ticketing/kanban boards.
- Demonstrated ability to drive integrations, address technology gaps, develop and document processes, and plan for future expansions of the marketing technical stack and general marketing workflow operations.
- Extensive experience with lead routing, data enrichment, intent-based tools, and ABM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
