Description
We are looking for an Environment Artist who shares our passion for creativity and strives to produce the highest quality product.Responsibilities
- Create realistic, highly detailed 3D environments (nature, architecture, interiors), textures, and other assets using industry-standard software like Maya, ZBrush, and Substance 3D Painter.
- Create 3D models in accordance with the technical requirements of the Layered Materials pipeline.
- Work with filling locations in Unreal Engine 5.
- Collaborate with level designers to implement gameplay mechanics into the environment design.
- Collaborate with the lighting team to optimize light and atmosphere.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Environment Artist in the video game industry.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates your relevant skills.
- Knowledge of Maya, ZBrush, Substance 3D Painter, and other industry-standard programs.
- Deep understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Knowledge of game development processes and pipelines.
A Plus
- Experience with Unreal Engine.
