As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you'll be responsible for

  • Support Recruitment: Review and validate candidate profiles to ensure they meet the role requirements.
  • Conduct Interviews: Conduct engaging interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain Records: Perform reference checks and keep accurate, up-to-date candidate records.
  • Assist Candidates: Guide candidates throughout the selection process, providing clear communication and a positive experience.
  • Collaborate: Assist the People Team to ensure smooth coordination between candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, with proven skills in conducting interviews.
  • Experience supporting recruitment processes, ideally with exposure to operational roles.
  • Strong ability to identify candidates who align with iVisa’s dynamic and global culture.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • A highly independent and self-driven approach, able to take ownership and operate as a key support to the Talent Acquisition Analyst.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, capable of handling multiple processes in parallel.
  • Fluent English is a must.
