As a Paid Media Strategist, You'll Be Responsible For

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid media campaigns across various channels (search, display, video, social, native, and emerging platforms) to drive revenue or profitability.
  • Performance Tracking: Own day-to-day campaign management and performance tracking across multiple paid media platforms.
  • Strategy and Testing: Define testing strategies and campaign roadmaps to continuously improve results.
  • Scalability: Identify the right mix of tools, automation, and processes to scale our paid media efforts globally.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Proactively work with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment on KPIs, budget allocation, and results management.
  • Data Analysis: Use data to monitor KPIs, analyze ROI, and generate actionable insights to fuel growth.
  • Thought Leadership: Act as a paid media thought leader, contributing to creative development, landing page optimization, and holistic performance strategies.

What Will Make Us Choose You?

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, etc.).
  • Proven experience building, managing, and scaling paid media campaigns across a portfolio of product offerings, resulting in increased revenue or profitability.
  • Experience in a conversion-oriented environment such as e-commerce or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with campaign attribution, tracking infrastructure, and key analytics tools (GA4, Looker, etc.).
  • A strong affinity for data and analytics, with the ability to decompose complex data sets into understandable levers.
  • A demonstrated willingness to experiment, fail fast, and iterate, with a track record of extracting concrete, actionable insights from test results.
  • The ability to work independently in a virtual team environment across multiple time zones.
  • A passion for travel and global cultures.
