We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Fulfillment Analyst to join our global team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of our eVisa processing operations. You will analyze operational data, monitor government and processing trends, and evaluate fulfillment performance. By providing actionable insights, you'll drive continuous improvement, optimize agent quality, and enhance the customer experience.

As a Fulfillment Analyst, you will

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Monitor government behavior and fulfillment capacity updates to anticipate operational impacts.
  • Evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of agent processing and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy, turnaround time, and agent performance.
  • Document and standardize workflows, guidelines, and best practices across fulfillment teams.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Experience, and Product teams to implement process improvements.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend strategies for automation, training, or resource allocation.

  • Comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, ClickUp, and internal platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
