TRM is seeking a passionate and innovative ML Platform Engineer to join our newly established ML Platform Team. You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that push the boundaries of blockchain intelligence. Your Impact

• Enhance AI/ML Model Performance: Build and refine systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability for superior model training and inferencing.
• Develop Real-Time AI Applications: Create low-latency, high-throughput pipelines that enable real-time AI insights for quick, data-driven decision-making.
• Accelerate Innovation: Integrate and evaluate new AI technologies to foster rapid innovation and optimize operational costs while adding value.
• Streamline Workflows: Collaborate across data science, engineering, and business teams to embed AI models into applications, allowing them to focus more on model building and less on data wrangling.

What You'll Bring

• Strong Engineering Skills: Write high-quality code, primarily in Python, with a versatile background in general engineering principles.
• Data Engineering Expertise: Experience across the full spectrum of data engineering, including:
• Data Stores: ClickHouse, ElasticSearch, Postgres, Redis, Neo4j
• Pipeline Orchestration: Airflow, DBT, Luigi, Azkaban, Storm
• Data Processing & Streaming: Spark, Kafka, Flink
• Deployment & Monitoring: Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, Datadog
• Data Transformation: Loading, querying, and transforming large datasets.
• AI/ML Integration: MLflow, Feast, ONNX, Apache Beam
• Data Handling: Comfort working with noisy, dirty, and unstructured data to cleanse, scrape, and structure it.
• Initiative & Ownership: A high degree of initiative, ownership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
• Problem Structuring: Exceptional ability to structure complex problems and identify critical issues for prioritization.
• Effective Communication: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing.
• Collaboration: Proven experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with diverse teams.
• Passion: A passion for building a safer financial system and an interest in virtual currencies, financial networks, and blockchain analysis is a plus.
