TRM is seeking a passionate MLOps Engineer to join our pioneering Applied AI team. You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that advance blockchain intelligence. This is a unique opportunity to build an MLOps function from the ground up and contribute to TRM's next phase of innovation.

• Enhance AI/ML Model Performance: Ensure data accuracy and reliability for superior model training and inferencing.

What We're Looking For

• Strong Engineering Skills: Primarily Python, but we value general engineering prowess over specific language knowledge.
• Versatility Across Data Engineering:
• Data Stores: Experience with ClickHouse, ElasticSearch, Postgres, Redis, Neo4j.
• Pipeline & Orchestration Tools: Familiarity with Airflow, DBT, Luigi, Azkaban, Storm.
• Data Processing & Streaming: Expertise in Spark, Kafka, Flink.
• Deployment & Monitoring: Proficiency with Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, Datadog on public cloud platforms.
• Data Transformation: Experience loading, querying, and transforming large datasets.
• AI/ML Integration Tools: Knowledge of MLflow, Feast, ONNX, Apache Beam.
• Data Handling: Ability to cleanse, scrape, and structure noisy, unstructured data.
• Initiative & Ownership: High degree of initiative, ownership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Problem Structuring: Exceptional ability to structure problems and prioritize critical issues.
• Communication: Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaboration: Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Passion: A deep commitment to building a safer financial system.
• Plus: Interest in virtual currencies, blockchain analysis, and their applications in financial networks.
