Description
As a Sourcer at TRM Labs, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting exceptional talent for highly technical and nuanced roles. This is a high-impact position for a mid-to-senior-level sourcer with a passion for innovative, data-driven strategies and the ability to build strong relationships. You will own the top of the funnel for our talent pipeline, ensuring we hire the best people to grow our company.The Impact You'll Have
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives specifically tailored for global, high-impact roles.
- Conduct high-volume, targeted outreach to potential candidates, with a goal of maintaining a 20%+ response rate through personalized messaging.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the talent team, providing data-driven insights and market trends to refine search strategies.
- Rapidly onboard to new positions, demonstrating resilience and agility in understanding specific role requirements and nuances.
- Proactively master role-specific terminology and skills to deliver immediate sourcing impact.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of sourcing experience in a high-growth, US-headquartered tech startup.
- Proven experience in sourcing hard-to-find positions, with expertise in using a variety of sourcing tools and market research.
- The ability to analyze and interpret sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and market data to refine strategies.
- A strong sense of curiosity and the flexibility to master new roles and requirements quickly.
- Exceptional communication skills to build trust and work as a strategic partner with hiring managers.
- A results-oriented mindset and strong persistence to handle challenges and meet ambitious targets.
