Description
We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of growth initiatives across the entire user lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the marketing funnel and ensure we continue to scale effectively while maximizing user impact.As the leader of the growth marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the overall strategy, experimenting with new tactics, and driving measurable results at every stage of the customer journey. You will bring a strong leadership background to inspire, manage, and grow a talented marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall growth strategy, ensuring all marketing efforts align with the company's user acquisition and retention goals.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing strategies across digital advertising, email marketing, SEO, content, partnerships, and social media.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and drive retention.
- Partner with product and customer teams to build tailored growth initiatives for different user segments.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources across channels to maximize growth and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven team culture that encourages creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
How You’ll Contribute
- Lead the development and execution of data-driven growth strategies across multiple channels.
- Drive user acquisition efforts through paid and organic marketing, SEO, content marketing, partnerships, and more.
- Optimize each stage of the user lifecycle—from awareness to activation, retention, and re-engagement.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize user impact.
- Manage, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns to improve efficiency and ROI.
- Build and scale a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a growing marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and access to necessary resources.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on user acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
- Significant leadership experience with a track record of building, scaling, and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid ads, email, SEO, content, and social media.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale growth teams, fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to analyze and leverage user data to optimize marketing efforts and drive ROI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or developer tools is a plus.
