Description
As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be a key leader responsible for guiding both our team and our clients. You'll manage a team of strategists and specialists, ensuring they have the tools and support to create and execute effective digital marketing strategies. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite clients while also mentoring your team to deliver on ambitious goals.What You'll Be Driving
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing the guidance and support needed for their growth and success.
- Lead high-value client engagements as the primary strategic advisor, driving the development of full-funnel marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Serve as an expert escalation point, stepping in to provide high-value expertise and a professional perspective to promptly resolve any client issues.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships and identify opportunities for organic growth and account expansion.
- Lead business development efforts to pitch new business and secure new client partnerships.
- Drive innovation and thought leadership within our B2B marketing practice.
- Present reports on key performance metrics and recommend adjustments to optimize for client success.
- Lead client presentations for expansions and pitch new business.
- Support leadership in defining new digital marketing sub-offerings, deliverables, and processes.
- Lead the expansion of our International Content Strategy, SEO, UX, Reddit Marketing, and YouTube offerings.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 8+ years of experience at a digital marketing agency.
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading client meetings, SEO, and full-funnel content marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrable knowledge of tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, Sparktoro, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present the value of digital marketing to clients and maintain a consultative relationship.
- A data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for digital marketing, SEO, and social media.
- High attention to detail, strong planning skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- The ability to problem-solve and adapt in an ever-changing environment.
