Description

As a Content Creator, you will play a key role in our content creation, curation, and distribution phases for our clients. You'll contribute to and, in some cases, own projects from research to execution. You will work closely with 5–6 clients, leveraging the latest SEO and digital marketing tools—including AI—to craft impactful digital content that meets the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contribute to content creation across various formats, including briefs, drafts, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Ensure the quality of your content meets internal and client requirements and deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, including the use of AI, to ensure content quality and relevance.
• Provide feedback on writer's checklists and templates to improve our processes.
• Attend content team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned and grow.
• Manage your own schedule and work independently as part of a remote team.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience as a freelance or agency content creator.
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills.
• A strong understanding of SEO and what makes a piece of content effective.
• The ability to write a variety of content types across multiple niches or verticals.
• High energy and curiosity, with a willingness to innovate and adopt the latest technologies, including AI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
• The ability to work on several projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• A growth mindset and a genuine interest in media and digital culture.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
