Description
As a Data & Insights Analyst, your job is to make the numbers make sense. You will be instrumental in powering our client strategies, improving internal decision-making, and making our content smarter, sharper, and more effective. You'll create visibility into campaign performance, bring trends to life through dashboards, and provide our teams with the data they need to retain and grow our client base.What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain dashboards that show campaign performance across multiple channels.
- Surface key insights from performance data to support internal teams and client conversations.
- Visualize data and create clear, actionable reporting decks using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
- Support strategic recommendations with clear, data-backed context.
- Assist in case study development by identifying and interpreting relevant performance metrics.
- Ensure our data processes are clean and repeatable across all teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting timelines with client deliverables.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2–5 years of experience in a data or analytics role at a digital agency or B2B company.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Proven ability to build reporting systems and dashboards from scratch.
- The skill to turn raw numbers into compelling stories, decks, and strategic insights.
- Familiarity with content performance and marketing KPIs.
- A love for structured, repeatable workflows and a bias for clarity.
- You are well-organized and can manage your own schedule in a remote work environment.
