Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Coordinator to join our production team. In this role, you will be the bridge that ensures our content projects run smoothly and efficiently. You'll support our Account Managers by overseeing the end-to-end coordination of projects, managing timelines, tracking workflows, and ensuring all deliverables meet our highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support production workflows to ensure all content projects are delivered on time.
  • Act as the liaison between production roles, unblocking teammates and escalating issues to find solutions.
  • Create and deliver weekly internal and external production reports for your assigned projects.
  • Aid in meeting preparation, including creating agendas, recapping next steps, and attending client calls when needed.
  • Review client deliverables with a keen eye for quality assurance, whether it's a presentation deck, a visual asset, or a staged upload.
  • Provide clear and direct feedback to internal teams to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Delegate tasks to other team members and create training materials to help others learn confidently.
