Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team. In this role, you will be a calm and confident operator who owns a portfolio of high-priority clients. You will be responsible for ensuring a proactive, clear, and outcome-focused client experience. The ideal candidate excels at anticipating issues, managing project health, and nurturing strong client relationships to drive consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 4–5 large or complex client accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead client meetings, provide project updates, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Coordinate internal teams across content, strategy, and operations to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
  • Track deadlines, budgets, and client KPIs using our internal systems.
  • Proactively flag risks or misalignments to internal leaders before they become problems.
  • Identify and initiate upsell or expansion conversations with clients.
  • Maintain accurate client data, resourcing requests, and reporting details.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management at a digital agency.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or complex client structures.
  • Proven ability to lead client calls and internal project check-ins.
  • Solid project management skills and experience with tools like ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
  • Clear, confident communicator, both live and async.
  • You value ownership, are comfortable in client-facing roles, and maintain a calm presence under pressure.
  • You thrive in remote, async work environments and prefer working independently once expectations are clear.
  • You are comfortable working Eastern or Atlantic time zone hours.

  • Your client portfolio renews and expands consistently.
  • 100% of client deliverables are completed on time.
  • Clients consistently rate their experience as 8+ on NPS.
  • All project data (timelines, budgets) is up to date and accurate.
  • You spot issues before they become problems and communicate them clearly.
