Description

We are seeking a self-sufficient Associate Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in driving revenue, owning your own opportunities, and contributing to high-value deals with senior leadership. You'll be expected to confidently manage a full sales cycle from discovery to close, consistently hitting aggressive revenue targets and contributing to our overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for small to mid-sized deals (under $100K), from the first conversation through proposal and close.
  • Run 10–15 qualified discovery calls per month, identifying new opportunities and positioning our solution effectively.
  • Maintain relentless follow-up with persistence and creativity across all channels to secure a decision.
  • Collaborate on larger, six-figure opportunities with senior leaders, including preparing research and supporting proposal walkthroughs.
  • Contribute to a quarterly revenue goal of $500K+ through a combination of persistence, persuasion, and disciplined follow-through.
  • Maintain clean records in HubSpot and provide clear, crisp weekly pipeline updates.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in an agency or services environment.
  • Strong discovery skills and the ability to confidently frame value for clients.
  • Highly organized with relentless follow-through and excellent pipeline hygiene.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing calls and proposals.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM, along with knowledge of consultative sales techniques.
  • Bonus: A background in B2B SaaS or marketing services.

  • 10-15 discovery calls run monthly.
  • 3-6 small-to-mid-sized deals closed independently.
  • $500K+ in closed revenue.
  • 30%+ proposal-to-close conversion rate.
  • 95%+ CRM accuracy.
