Description
As the Head of People and Operations, you will be a key strategic partner, responsible for scaling Protégé efficiently and thoughtfully. This role is for someone excited about building operational frameworks from scratch and who can seamlessly translate our ambitious vision into measurable outcomes. You'll oversee critical functions including People and Talent, Strategic Finance, and Operational Excellence, ensuring our teams have the clarity and support needed to thrive.What You'll Do
Operational Excellence- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute strategic operational plans.
- Identify, prioritize, and remove operational bottlenecks that impact growth and velocity.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting systems to track and improve organizational performance.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic resource allocation.
- Manage vendor relationships and operational readiness for future funding rounds.
- Provide operational support for potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Directly oversee People Operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Build and scale high-performing, engaged teams that are aligned with our values and vision.
- Advise on organizational design, onboarding, employee development, and retention strategies.

- Operational Leader: Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-growth startup, ideally in a SaaS or services environment. You have a track record of building and managing operational functions and are an expert in scaling operations.
