As the Recruiter at Protégé, you will own the entire hiring process, from sourcing to signed offer. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple searches independently while delivering both speed and quality. You'll be a key partner to our hiring managers, ensuring we hire exceptional people who will help Protégé scale and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles at once, from intake to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and interview strategies.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
• Craft compelling job descriptions and outreach messages that align with Protégé’s brand.
• Drive an excellent candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring an efficient and fair evaluation process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system.

• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a startup or high-growth company.
• Proven ability to own multiple searches independently across different functions and levels.
• You are an excellent communicator, always clear, concise, and persuasive.
• You are highly organized, able to manage competing priorities without sacrificing quality.
• Adept at building strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
• You are curious, tenacious, and proactive, and you are biased toward action.
